Evaluation, Promotion

It is the policy of the School not to fail a student as far as possible. At the same time a student who has not acquired the necessary skills to study in a higher class may not be promoted.

CCV is interested in providing additional possible facilities for slow or weak learners to acquire the needed skills if parents co-operate with the School in this regard. However, the School strongly discourages the practice of excessive home work, rote-learning, special tuition etc.

School buses transport children and staff from a radius of 10 to 20 kms daily to and from the School. The School owns 04 buses now. Details of routes and charges can be obtained from the School Office.

Scholarships

Quality education is expensive. Some parents may face difficulty to educate their children in CCV though the children might be well suited to study here. To help such parents, the management of the School provides fee concessions to bright but financially handicapped children.

However, concessions are granted only on the parent’s written request, submission of relevant records, and a subsequent thorough crosschecking of the financial position of the parents concerned.

An Appeal

Parents who are well to do are requested to extend help to their less privileged brethren. Those motivated to help, may contact the Principal.
